Terms & Conditions – Trading League Competition

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all Marketsall live account holders who are 18 years or older. Employees and affiliates of Marketsall are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

• To enter the competition, participants must deposit a minimum of $500 into their live trading account. No additional registration is required once the deposit has been made.

Trading Rules:

• Only trading activities within the competition timeframe will be considered.
• Account balance growth will be calculated based on the percentage increase from the beginning to the end of the competition period.
• Participants are responsible for managing their trades and understanding associated risks. Marketsall will not be liable for any trading losses incurred during the competition.

Determination of Winners:

• Winners are determined based on the highest percentage increase in their account balance.
• In the case of a tie, the prize will be split among the participants with the tied balance increase.

Prize Distribution:

• Prizes will be credited to winners’ accounts within 10 business days after the competition ends.
• Non-monetary prizes or bonuses may have specific terms and conditions that will be shared with winners.

Withdrawals and Deposits:

• Withdrawals during the competition are allowed; however, they may affect your balance growth and impact your standing.
• Additional deposits made after the competition start will be included in the balance calculations.

Disqualification:

• Participants suspected of unfair practices, including but not limited to market manipulation, will be disqualified.
• Marketsall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms of the competition.

Modification or Termination:

• Marketsall reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity of the competition is compromised.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that Marketsall’s decision is final.
